Family relationships and their transitions can get messy and unnecessarily complicated without the right representation. Divorce and Annulment, child custody, child support, spousal support, and parenting time are among the most common areas I handle. This includes voluntary and involuntary guardianships and conservatorships when minors or adults need help with their physical care or help managing their financial affairs, as well as opportunities to adopt a step-child or other unrelated child or adult.

Helping you plan for the future is an area I especially enjoy, because it helps my Clients prepare. This includes Wills and Powers of Attorney to handle personal matters, or in case of emergencies.  When loved ones die we can devise a plan for the smooth transitioning of their property to their loved ones, and/or succession planning for family-owned businesses.

I also have vast experience in matters of leasing homes and commercial properties, whether you are a landlord or a tenant.  For those families thinking about buying, building, or living in a community with a homeowner’s association or a community involving deeded restrictions we can assist you in understanding them, enforcing them, and challenging them. When you or your neighbor are building on property or disputing where a property line is, we help you enforce boundary lines for property set by surveys or boundary lines historically treated as such by property owners.
